Greetings everybody! Been "lurking" for several months, finally decided to jump in. Just upgrade my 1999 Dodge Ram 3500 1T CTD Dually for a 2003 version of the same truck. Lots of plans for the new(er) truck. Pulling along a Sundowner three horse gooseneck with a dressing room that weighs in approx. 5900lbs empty. For good measure, throw in three big quarterhorses (each weighs about 1000-1100 lbs.) and then drag it up and down the Smokey Mountains of East Tn. Yeah, I am VERY interested in getting all the towing power that I can!!!!! Glad to be among so many great fellow pullers and grateful for all the technical expertise.
Thanks! I really like the site and think that there is a ton of valuable information. It is fun to watch the threads and see what is on everybody's mind. The administrators do a GREAT job and the pride shows.
Thanks for the welcome. I see that you just entered recently also. I hope we are going to bring a lot more "lurkers" in. I drug my feet about signing up as long as I could, that's the reason for title that I chose.
Fellow "Retired Navy" here to! I know what you mean about the frequent visits. That was one of the reasons why I decided to go ahead and register. I felt very comfortable and was coming by here so often anyway that I felt the need to go ahead and join. Have a great Friday!
