i am looking at buying a hideabed car hauler... if you are not sure, it is a variable length gooseneck car hauler, for up to 4 cars and it will shorten down to only fit 2 cars... i am wondering about quality because i can not find ANY info on the net about them, and personally that concerns me... any info is appreciated, jimmy...

my main concern is the weight... obviously it has got to be heavy... most are built w/ trusses etc. this would have to be shear mass to work, i guess... maybe someone has a pic...

I remember reading something about them on another forum. The guys were saying that they weren't worth the money for the upkeep. It was more cost effective to just suffer and lug around a longer trailer when you were empty. Also they were heavier than a standard wedge.
