4 wheeler carrier

    Does anyone build a carrier that can haul a side by side 4 wheeler over the cab of a F-350 crew cab.Any ideas as my wife won,regular 5th.wheel rather than toy hauler:confused:

    ive seen soem trucks with soem sort of rack over the bed for the 4 wheelers but i never seen any sitting over the cab. im sure you could make one but it would probly invole soem sort of exoskeleton type stuff that the buggies and crawlers use. i have an i dea but i have to find soem pics so youd understand what the hell i was talkin about

    Thanks guys.I have a pretty good idea how to build one but am a little worried about frame twist causing problems.I was hoping to buy or at least see one to confirm my idea.

    I think if it was built similar to a plumers roof rack it could do well my only issue would be clearnance of trees and low over passes.

    im sure the 5th wheel would be the issue there vice the quads....

    i was thinkin of something that started at the back of the cab and extended over teh roof and hood with the supports connecting to the bumper somewhere kinda liek the car haulers you see. you could store the pullout ramp under the platform. loading and unloading from teh front of your truck. should be enough room for the 5er with it starting rite at the back of the cab
