Snow Performance, ATS, and I think Painless Wiring just released one too.

Basically, in a nut shell, as boost comes up it activates the system. If you inject water at too low of boost, you will put out the flame. So, depending on the kit and set up, you hit the injection point and the pump kicks on an starts atomizing high pressure water (either 120psi or 220psi on bigger kits) into the intake tract. This also allows a certain amount of methanol to be injected. The water has the effect of cooling the boost charge, making it denser and allowing it to mix with more fuel and burn more fuel due to the higher O2 content. Now, the methanol is an additional fuel, one that burn hot an quick, which can assist the burn of the diesel fuel, and increase efficiency. In all you gain HP from the cooler charge, and the extra fuel from the Meth, as well as lower EGTs.

You CAN run it with just water in it perfectly safely. Many people use windshield washer fluid, which is about 5-10% meth. DO NOT EXCEED THE METHANOL LIMITS SET BY THE MANUFACTURER. Most set them at 50% I think, bu more than that and head gaskets tend to not like it, among other things. Just like anything else, moderation is the key!

If you drink enough, you will forget it is Iowa
Can you use other types of alchohol? Wondered about Ethanol since it is getting more available in IA. Go for the farmer's delight, Soy BioDiesel and Ethanol injection.:pimp:

Power will vary depending on the amount of meth added and the amount of diesel injected. 50+ hp

As for other fluids, I am not really sure what all else can be injected. I would think it would work with most anything like that, but I really don't know.

can this be used on a stock form truck or does it need to have some sort of programming done to increase fuel?
