On our way home from EJS. I thought this was a good shot of the rig. There are not many rest stops more scenic than this! Robert

After I posted that I kind of said "wait, am I sure those are 19's?" They do look bigger than 17's though. Personally, I'd keep those over Rock Stars...waytogo

Nice rig! Wifey and I have been out to Moab the last 3 years now, though just visiting. Last year I did manage to take my truck on every trail up in Arches National Park, though I can't say I'd do it again. A 21 foot long, 8000 lb diesel truck with stock suspension and tires don't make much of a rock crawler!rotfl , but we still had fun, and didn't get stuck or tear anything up. Someday we'll make it out to EJS. I'm working on an S-10 with fullsize axles right now. Should at least work better than the Dodge!waytogo

Here's a pic of our rig last year in Moab and South Fork, Colorado.

Thanks for all the nice comments! Moab is a great place, we try to get over there 4 or 5 times a year and always try to make the EJS. Red Rock 4-Wheeler's do a great job of organizing such a large event. Diesel-Dude, we live in the South Fork area, quite a coincidence! :)

We'll be going through South Fork again this summer. Probably around July 14th or 15th. My best friend was supposed to go with wifey an I last year, but his health didn't co-operate (he had to have an emergency heart transplant at the age of 40!). We're gonna try again this summer if his health holds out. He's never been out West. He wants to see the Rockie's, the red rocks of Utah and Yellowstone while he still can. Keep your fingers crossed for him.:)

BTW, that pic was taken heading back from the South Fork reservoir.

We plan on coming in on 160, then heading up 149 through Creede and Lake City. Then grab 50 to Montrose and take co. rd. 90 (mostly dirtwaytogo ) till we get to Utah. 90 turns into 46 in Utah and comes out onto 191 about 22 miles south of Moab. Then it's 191 all the way to Yellowstone.
