A guy I work with has a 98 dodge 1500 and the heater core is leaking....

Some things are better to pay for than tackle yourself......
and I hate working under dashboards....

any idea what the going rate is to change this puppy out ???

My father in law got a quote from his local dealer. 8+ hours of work, quoted right around $1500.00 for the install.
    2000 Dodge Ram 2500.

They really are a peice of cake to do. I used to get them done in a little under 3 hours including evac. and recharging the a/c system. They are some of the easiest one's i've done.
