I just completed changing the fuel filter on my 2004.5 CTD. I refuse to give my local dealer $90.00 just to change the filter! I did buy a filter socket on Ebay that makes it a lot easier.waytogo

The local cummins dealer. Is there a filter better than what cummins sells?

I use the Donaldson filters I source from Amsoil to do services here in the shop. Little less money than the dealer. Both are the new, updated filter (7 micron I think).
