Well it all depends on how much power you want some want more than others single or stacked programers? I would recomend Edge or Bully Dog. For an cold air intake I would recomend a K&N. For the exhaust Borla has a great product that will last as long as your cummins.
check some of the vendors on here for deals Diesel Nut is whom I recomend.

Probably the best power upgrade for our year trucks will be an Edge Juice with Attitude. For the amount of money that unit costs, you can't beat the info you get and the performance level.

MBRP or Diamond Eye exhaust. I wouldn't pay a few extra bucks for a Borla, Magnaflow, etc. I've noticed most of the exhaust systems are fairly identical.

As far as the intake, go with something that uses a dry filter, not one that is oiled like a traditional K&N filter. I'd reccommend a homemade setup with an Amsoil nanofilter, an Icebox, or AFE with the optional dry filter.

There are lots of different electronic power adders out there for these years, but the Edge Juice is about at the top when you factor the amount of pwerformance/info compared to the dollar amount. Quadzilla products are getting popular, and for a different route the Smarty is a very good upgrade. Banks, Bullydog, Van aken, Hypertech....I'd stay away from those, they just don't compare to some of the brands I mentioned.

Contact Jason (dieselnut motorsports), he'll get you set up.

Welcome to the forum! Lets talk a little about your truck and what you would like it to do. Do you have a manual or auto trans? Mileage?

    Are you towing? How heavy?

This will help us find you the best package for the performance you want.

My truck has an auto tranny with 100000 miles on it and it is completely stock. It also has 410 gears. I only tow a 27 foot camper about 4 times a year other than that i tow a trailer with hay about once a month. Power wise I was looking 4 something that would give me medium power gains nothing extreme. Was looking at the power puck by Diablo but didnt know if it would give enough power increase to notice.

I would look at the edge Attitude, which also covers the guage aspect. If your trans is still in good condition and has been well maintained. I would get or save up for an after market valve body and torque converter for it ASAP. You won't believe how much better the truck will run with a VB/TC setup. Then you can step up in power without toasting the trans. 300hp is bout the limit on the stock trans. See my sig for my mods. waytogo

The Diablosport is only good for 60hp. Nice upgrade, but will leave you wanting more I think. The edge is adjustable in 5 levels up to 120 hp with a hot unlock code that will eliminate defueling on the upper RPMs. It is fairly easy to install.

Your transmission, I would look at the VB first. With 100K on the clock, I can't see pulling the transmission without rebuilding it and upgrading. The VB wil help firm up shifts, increase clutch pressures, and help the lock up in the converter hold much better. Fill it up with Amsoil and drive her till she dies.
