I have a 2007 dodge dualy 6.7, 6 sp stick, a gn 40 ft deckover flatbed 3 ax and pull max loads when i run, is there any thing i can do to improve preformance and mpg without voiding the factory warranty? so far everything is factory stock, this is my first towrig and it seems to do a good job, but i dont have anything to compare it to. thanks for any help you can offer. Welcome!!

I would say first off a DPF back exhaust system would free up a little bit of power on the top end. Superchips and Bully Dog both offer programs that can be downloaded to the ECM to increase power a little bit. I would not want to do too much more than about 60hp towing with those kinds of loads. An Edge EZ is about the best bet for zero warranty issues. Takes a couple of minutes to remove for service.

Don't mess with the DPF. I have 2 customers with the DPF delete kits and both are unhappy with it. Plus, its a mess you don't want to deal with on the road. Just basic upgrades for power and mileage is all you need.

    Here's a really good-looking air filter system; http://www.trueflow.com/xdi.php

Also do the DPF back exhaust. Not sure about the air intake but this one might work for the 6.7; www.cfmplus.com Call them and ask. Also www.atsdiesel.com has one.

As for the programmers, only three advertise theirs as not leaving traces on your ECU; Striker1, Smarty and VanAaken. Again, they may not have units for the 6.7 yet.
