All my beast saw was "Over the Road" hauling ... at times , I wish it was 2wd ... but , get into snow/ice on 2-lane highway 212 between Rapid City...
But , it might put reliability in a higher place ..... Diesels are "supposed" to be long stroke ,lower RPM torque monsters ... swinging heavy...

I had an 04 F350 with the 6.0 ... if I dould get a 12v Cummins under the hood ,I'd try to buy it back from the bank ...

true , I like the "size" but not the "execution" of the GMC's , although the tilt forward hood/grille is nice , gets the fenders out of the way...
I'll be interested in taking a look at a Mega-cab 8' dually 6.7 450/5500 series truck ... It should have a "big truck" tranny , not a pick up...
