    People will do anything to scam another guy.... "Plans" rotfl

    If he could make "free" energy, he sure as hell wouldn't be selling the "plans" on how to do it on eBay for $100/ea - he'd be selling the fuel for some serious profits.

    It's probably plans how to build a siphon pump and instructions on how to pull up next to another diesel truck and suck it's diesel out of the tank rotfl
