Heads off of blown 7.3L worth keeping?

what do you guys think? save the heads on my 93 7.3L turbo engine that lost two rods?
the right head appears to have no damage, no bent pushrods....
the left head had one slightly tweaked pushrod.
worth keeping, or just toss them in the junk steel pile with the block?
had coolant in oil, and oil in coolant. would hate to sell them to anyone and have them end up being bad.........

 

If you don't need them I'd get rid of them. Try a machine shop, they always need cores.
