Was the brake installed before you took delivery of the truck or was it after? If it was after, it should have a 12month/12k warranty from Mopar, not Dodge. Thats how it was when I had one installed in my 03.

Either way, good brake, make sure to keep and extra stock serpintine belt in the truck in case the Vacuum pumps siezes like they tend to do. It will ruin the longer belt, but you can bypass the vacuum pump with the stock belt and be back on the road.

mine was installed after i took delivery. had 7k on the truck. the jake came with a 3/36 warenty. at 37k the vacume pump went out. 15 min change out, but you need to get the part from cummins. the cost from dealer is sky high. i bought two from cummins for less than 200 dollars. i have had zero issues with mine other than that, and will never own another truck without one.
