anybody ever single out a dually rear axle for snow use?
this 2wd stick shift trac lock dually pickup just sucks major in snow as far as rear traction and control. thinking of singling out the rear axle.
2 questions should i remove the inner tires, or the outers? inners run the same trac as the fronts, or very close to it
and when i single it out should i remove the tire/rim combo, or just remove the tire and stick the empty rim back on?(think this is required by law)

Saw someone take the outers off on a Dodge dually once.. Looked REALLY funny from the back... He took the tire and wheel combo and drove on the street that way. Not sure on the laws for this though. Funniest part of it was he did it in the middle of summer! Will you really see that much of an improvement singling it?
