I realy do not want to start a war...so please try to be objective.
I am Rving every summer 5 months, then store the rig and fly home for the winter, the next spring I start from the place we stopped last year to new states and provences.
Currently I am pulling a 5W Cruiser 2006,Dry 7646 ,GVWR 11865,Pin 1705 with an Old F-250 1994 that I want to trade for an used 2-3 year old truck.
Mind you I use it only for towing+side trips and only 5 months out of a year.
So which is the truck for ME?
    Thank you very much.

    Any of the big three.

A Ford, Dodge, or GM will work just fine for what you are wanting to do.

Things I would look for is dual wheels, 4.10 ratio, and thats about as far as chassis stuff.

    Diesel or Gas?
    Auto or Manual?

Your choice, likely diesel would be better. Auto or manual is up to you.

Id agree with them go for a diesel for sure. Again auto vs stick is personal prefferance. I have one of each like them both.
