Ok I'm now at 28K on the clock and my torqshift has slipped twice on me and I honestly feel its shift points arent what they once were but that maybe the computer learning my driving style plus I noticed black spots:doah: .So I got to the local Ford dealership and buy some Merc SP for $102.06 yeah I bought extra well an extra half a case still cheaper that Ford doing it for me I got to work after I got all the customers cleared out hook my truck to a RTI and let it go to work.......started at 9am I quite it a 1pm after only pumping out fluid I had to add 8qts from the machine then remove four of em via the drain plug.I knew the trans had a theromstat on it so I switched locations from the cooler after about two hours of trying to the tranny and it didnt do any better I even kept it reved at 3,200 rpm nothing would work I hung my head and quit in discust for some reason I also might suspect the RTI but we did recalibrate it before and after the attempted flush.I know I got new fluid in and my trans temp is lower when I drive now but I'm still mad at the issue of it not working right and kinda debating on the 08 6.4TT with a 6 SPD,but has anyone had or having issues with the torqshift or something similar?I just dont understand why it would pump out and not pump in.
