not my fault, but my bumper is dented, and i need a new bumper and cover... i want to keep the silver top plastic cover, but want a black bottom... think the dealership can get the cost up over a grand on this? rotfl then i can fix it myself... lol
took the truck in to get the tires rotated at a tire shop by my office... and the kid who has been on the job for 2 weeks hit the lift post with it. its not that bad, but the cover is scratched up enough to need a new one and the bumper if cented a bit. im going to get the quote for all new stuff, including a chrome bumper, then get the black bumper and a new top cover to finish off the front of the black out process. with the difference in the chrome bumper and the black one i should be able to buy a black grille shell. then i just need fender flares and the front would be done.
they are paying for ALL of it. i just have to get to estimates and they give me a check... im sure you know how those go... lol
I'm getting one off ebay for my truck. It's on it's way. I'll let you know what it looks like and how it went when I get it. the prices there are not bad. im going to just clean the bumper up, then have the cover replaced. the dent isnt that bad. they are giving me 1100 dollars to have it fixed. should be enough to get it fixed, and buy a new gun... lol
