    steve is right i installed this unit in my truck is is a goog fit it can mount on the plastic down post and i tow a 4x4 blazer a good 7000 lbs...

    that is just the think the 7.3 is made for ford by internatanal and is detuned for ford and then put in the F trucks so all i an doing is seting...

    wow that would be a very hevey moter in a k5 and probly take out some of the 4x4 capalaty from your ride

    i like the 24 v dodge and 7.3 PSD ford stay away from the 6.0 ford it is going to be replaced already and as for GM i just have not seen them...

    i do not think you should do any mods till you do the gages it is very imporant to know what you are doing in that moter _ like add a $100 chip...
