how low of rpm's? depending on what grears you got your first gear might have a very high shift point
unless i go south where its really hilly i always use OD
what no F-450's? (Can you PM me a pic strait on of your rear wheels, ive heard that you have to run a steel wheel behind the 10 bolt ones...)

you should just be able to add the water methanol kit now, you might want to mix it more favorable to water should drop your EGT about 200

well i went and looked at it, it had 50k more miles then the dude said and rode like hell. i told the guy no way in hell would i drive this......
should be able to do that. i dont see why that would be a problem except maybe moveing shock mount locations and a few other small things
