Flat bed vs. stock dually bed

OK tank Id like a least 50 gal really like to go 100 depends on how much room id loose. The rack being 2 piece i think could be used for either the flat bed or another trailer, mobility would be nice. Tool boxes would be under bed side mounts, want as much bed space as possiable. The 3 2" recivers would be handy for having a bumper pull atached in say the center reciver then put my bike rail in the upper reciver just to have one more bike, or with a gooseneck put the rail in the lowest reciver and be able to throw a small bike or scooter under the goose. Prob go with paint although the spray liner maybe a good idea on the deck. LEDs Im thinkin 4 on back and maybe center turns on the sides. on the headach rack if I go with a 2 piece design then i may not want any up there. Also a box at the rear for an aux batt would be nice for checking trailers before I hook up the lights and to be able to power extra stuff from the rear of the truck.

Put alot of thought into it reallly. Looking for function, just thought of what would make my life easier when im out doing pickups. Sometimes i think that a lift gate or bed crane would be handy too. That is a whole new project though. I want a bed crane style crane on one of my goose necks that could some how be mobile, but if it were on the truck I guess I could lift offending bike on the truck then drag it onto the trailer. That makes the most sence, just mean that from time to time Id have to unhook the trailer but that is lots cheaper than calling in a tow truck. I have had to do that from timie to time too. I pick up wrecked motorcycles and from time to time people want bikes taked home that dont roll, broken handle bars, front wheels shoved into the motors, shreaded rear tires, ect. and then I have to figue out how to load them often by my self.

 

Maybe find an old dove tail trailer and an old lift gate. Mate the two and have kind of a roller set up to put the bike on then winch it up to the front.Something stronger than coffee and I could get REALLY creative.

 

i thought about going with a lift gate at the end of the trailer and not having a dove with ramps but that would limit what i can use the trailer for

 

Like you had mentioned.Headache rack being used for your ramps.Given your trailer is low enough.
